Registration is open until the 26th of October 2018. In case of abstract submission, registration deadline is the 07th of September, 2018.

Several steps are required for registration:

1. Mandatory
   • Registration on the symposium website : see page "Registration"
   • Registration and payment to the SFBBM, as described below. Registration will be considered as definitive only after the payment is received by the SFBBM.
2. Optional
   • Submission of an abstract (see page "submit an abstract"). Format of the abstract: Abstract

CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be notified by signed and dated mail, email or fax.

Cancellation 40 days prior to the meeting kickoff will be charged 50%. After that, no refund will be possible.

Not showing up is not a suitable reason for cancellation.
